We believe the industry has become far too corporate and has lost the artistic vision that film once was, and our mission is to create a fairer and easier way for you to find work and support your artistic dreams.
We are doing this by:
- By focusing on transparency at our core, we will prove to you that your commission goes into our own productions and not a shareholders’ wallet.
- Only connecting you with productions that are paying your daily rate/union standard.
- Ensuring we create a community of crew members and filmmakers that believe in our mission too.
- The industry standard for this service is upwards of 20%. Whereas, we will always stick to a flat 10% commission, making our platform fairer for less.
How we spend our money
A transparent look at our 10% commission for successful connections — most money stays with you, the rest fuels new productions and keeps the platform running.

1Production company is looking for a DoP.

2Using our database we find the best applicants based on skills, experience level, and a match between your day rate and their budget.

3We forward your portfolio, credits, and day rate to the production company.

4Company chooses from the shortlist.

5We connect you directly with the production company to proceed.

6Once the project has finished or after 30 days (whichever comes first) we bill a flat 10% commission for the connection.

7We reinvest that commission into our own productions and maintaining the platform. Our mission is prioritising art over profit.
